Organization Settings
Configure organization-wide settings including team members, billing, and shared resources.
Organization Profile
Section titled “Organization Profile”Organization Information
Section titled “Organization Information”Update your organization details:
- Go to Settings > Organization
- Edit:
- Organization name
- Billing email
- Logo
Payment methods, invoices, and subscription details are managed separately on the Settings > Billing tab — see Billing below.
Team Management
Section titled “Team Management”View Members
Section titled “View Members”See all team members:
- Go to Settings > User Management
- View the member list:
- Name and email
- Role
- Last active
Add Members
Section titled “Add Members”Invite new team members:
- Go to Settings > User Management
- Click Add Users
- Enter one or more email addresses
- Click Invite
New members join with the Member role. Change a member’s role afterward from the Organization Role column in the member list.
Member Roles
Section titled “Member Roles”| Role | Permissions |

Remove Members
Section titled “Remove Members”Remove team members:
- Find the member
- Click Remove
- Confirm removal
Subscription
Section titled “Subscription”Current Plan
Section titled “Current Plan”View your subscription:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- See:
- Plan name
- Seat count
- Features included
Upgrade Plan
Section titled “Upgrade Plan”Change your subscription:
- Click Update Subscription
- Select a new plan in the billing portal
- Complete payment
Manage Seats
Section titled “Manage Seats”Adjust team size:
- Add seats for new members
- Remove unused seats
- Billing adjusts automatically
Billing
Section titled “Billing”Payment Method
Section titled “Payment Method”Manage payment:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- View or update:
- Card on file
- Billing email
- Invoice settings
Invoices
Section titled “Invoices”View payment history:
- Download invoices
- See payment status
- Billing dates
AI Credits
Section titled “AI Credits”Track credit consumption for AI features:
- Go to Settings > Credits
- View:
- Included credits remaining
- On-demand credit balance
- Total available credits
Credits power AI features such as HVAKR AI and Auto Takeoff. Included credits refill monthly based on your plan and seat count. Organization admins can also configure on-demand spending limits and purchase additional credits.
Member Activity
Section titled “Member Activity”Organization admins on Enterprise plans (or with usage analytics enabled) can review team activity on Settings > User Management:
- Last Active — when the member last used HVAKR
- Recent Usage — session time in minutes over a recent window
Referrals
Section titled “Referrals”Referral Program
Section titled “Referral Program”Refer colleagues and you both earn a reward:
- Go to Settings > Referrals
- Copy your referral link, or send email invites directly
- Share it with colleagues
- You and your friend each earn a $100 Amazon gift card once they sign up for an HVAKR plan
HVAKR emails both of you a gift card code once the reward is available. The Completed Referrals list shows everyone who has signed up through your link.
