Project-Level Sharing
Section titled “Project-Level Sharing”For individual projects:
- Share specific projects
- Control per-project access
- Works with external collaborators
Permission Levels
Section titled “Permission Levels”Each collaborator has one of four roles. See Sharing Projects for how to assign them.
Owner and Admin

- Edit all content
- Run calculations and generate reports

Every project must have at least one Owner. HVAKR blocks changing or removing the sole Owner’s role — even for an Admin — until you promote a second Owner.
