Sharing Projects

Share your HVAKR projects with team members, clients, or external collaborators.

  1. Open the project
  2. Click Share in the toolbar
  3. The share drawer opens on the right

Only project owners and admins can invite collaborators or change permissions. Other collaborators see the current access list but cannot modify it.

Add collaborators:

  1. Under Invite New Collaborators, enter one or more email addresses
  2. Click Invite

You can also click Add My Organization to pre-fill every member of your organization, then remove anyone who should not receive access before inviting.

Each collaborator has one of four roles:

  • Owner — full control, including changing roles and removing collaborators. Every project must have at least one owner.
  • Admin — can edit the project and manage sharing
  • Member — can edit the project
  • Viewer — read-only access

To change a role, pick a new level from the dropdown next to the collaborator’s name. To remove access, click the delete icon.

The Current Collaborators section lists everyone with access, their role, and whether the entry is you.

Under HVAKR Team, you can grant HVAKR Support access to help troubleshoot your project. Toggle the switch on or off at any time.

Organization membership does not automatically share projects. Use Add My Organization or invite individual emails to give teammates access.

Invitees receive a project invitation email with a link to open the project. You can control which notification emails HVAKR sends from Settings > Preferences — see Account Settings.

  1. Only share with people who need access
  2. Start with Viewer for external reviewers, then upgrade if they need to edit
  3. Review the collaborator list periodically
  1. Invite by email — they sign in with their own HVAKR account
  2. Access is limited to the projects you explicitly share
  3. Remove access when the collaboration ends
