Account Settings
Configure your personal HVAKR account settings including profile, security, and preferences.
Profile Settings
Section titled “Profile Settings”Personal Information
Section titled “Personal Information”Update your profile:
- Go to Settings > Profile
- Edit your details:
- Name
- Profile picture
Profile Picture
Section titled “Profile Picture”Add a profile photo:
- Click on your avatar
- Upload an image
- Crop if needed
Security
Section titled “Security”Password
Section titled “Password”Change your password:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Enter current password
- Enter new password
- Confirm new password
Two-Factor Authentication
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication”Enable MFA for additional security:
- Go to Settings > Security
- Click Enable 2FA
- Scan QR code with authenticator app
- Enter verification code
Login Sessions
Section titled “Login Sessions”View and manage active sessions:
- See all logged-in devices
- Sign out of specific sessions
- Sign out of all sessions
Preferences
Section titled “Preferences”Display Settings
Section titled “Display Settings”Customize the interface:
- Theme - Light or dark mode
- Units - Imperial or SI
- Language - Interface language
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Control email notifications:
- Project updates
- Collaboration invites
- System announcements
Default Settings
Section titled “Default Settings”Set defaults for new projects:
- Default location
- Default unit system
- Default templates
Access Tokens
Section titled “Access Tokens”Create Token
Section titled “Create Token”Generate API access tokens:
- Go to Settings > Access Tokens
- Click Generate Token
- Copy and save the token
Manage Tokens
Section titled “Manage Tokens”View and revoke tokens:
- See all active tokens
- Token creation dates
- Revoke unused tokens
Account Actions
Section titled “Account Actions”Export Data
Section titled “Export Data”Download your data:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click Export Data
- Download the archive
Delete Account
Section titled “Delete Account”Permanently delete your account:
- Go to Settings > Account
- Click Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
