Sharing Projects

Share your HVAKR projects with team members, clients, or external collaborators.

  1. Open the project
  2. Click Share in the toolbar
  3. The sharing dialog opens

Add collaborators:

  1. Enter their email address
  2. Select permission level
  3. Click Invite

Choose the access level:

  • Can edit - Full editing access
  • Can view - Read-only access

See who has access:

  • List of all collaborators
  • Their permission levels
  • Invitation status

Modify access levels:

  1. Find the collaborator
  2. Click their permission
  3. Select new level

Revoke access:

  1. Find the collaborator
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm removal

Create a shareable URL:

  1. Open sharing settings
  2. Click Copy Link
  3. Share the URL

Configure link access:

  • Anyone with link - Open access
  • Organization only - Team members only
  • Specific people - Invited only

For organization accounts:

  • Projects are visible to all team members
  • Default permissions from organization settings
  • Consistent access management

Share with people outside your organization:

  • Add their email
  • They create an account
  • Access is project-specific

Invitees receive:

  • Email with invitation
  • Link to the project
  • Instructions to access

Collaborators can receive:

  • Change notifications
  • Comment mentions
  • Project updates
  1. Only share with those who need access
  2. Use appropriate permission levels
  3. Regularly review who has access
  1. Consider viewer access first
  2. Upgrade to editor if needed
  3. Remove access when complete
  1. Limit sharing scope
  2. Use specific people only
  3. Audit access periodically
